Where to get a Marlin XT22TR Model

I been looking for a Marlin XT22TR Model. I have look online at BassPro, Dick's, and Sportman but Sportmans is out of stock. Big5 don't carried Marlin 22 but Bass, and Dick's carriers the Marlin 22 XT BUT only the one with the mag. The XT22TR is the Tube Version which I really feel in love with. I want it find one this week to weekend because my wife is getting for me on my b-day. Can anyone point me in the right direction. This will be my 2nd 22 rifle but 1st bolt action 22 'm in the area of Fresno/Clovis.

This photo is the one I'm looking for.

I see it... might have to do with the FFL's in your area... but that doesn't make much sense...

IMO I don't go out for SS gun but this is one that would look good in SS

I may have to have a FFL order it from Buds seems that it is cheaper than the online I been looking at SS IS NICE too, I already have the Marlin model 60 SN and XT17R, and both are BBL never really own a SS BEFORE. ONLY THE T3 that is BLK Stock with SS and that's a 7mm mag.

Gun gennie lists the MSRP for the blue ver. at 235.. and MSRP for the SS at 299.
For my area the blue is showing as ~210-260
                SS ~250-300

That is typical DROS and fee..

Thanks I actually bought one today at a small local gun show. For $300 what came with boxes is whatever the factory put in with cable lock, the guy was nice enough to put a simmo 3-9x32 22mag scope with Weaver mount and sling. But due to no pictures or video inside I couldn't get pictures. But sucks that my doj paper won't start until monday but I'm at no rush at the moment. Thanks for taking the time to help me out on this find. Very appreciated
