Ruger 10/22 model 11122, adding sights

Is the model 11122 commonly used with a scope, as opposed to mounting sights? I have one, actually it's an 01261 "tactical", and I would like to put front and rear sights on it, not a scope. As simple as unscrewing the flash suppressor and slipping on a front scope mount? And getting it aligned...

    Looks like this: http://www.ruger-firearms.com/produc...ets/11122.html

    Thanks.

Nodak Spud's NDS-44 front sight is slip on. You could pair it with a Nodak rear or one from Tech Sights.

      Thanks, that NDS-44 is perfect!
