I use the quiet CCI with segmented H.P to take g'hogs.
They shoot very well at 25yds which is something I can not say about all down loaded 22lr or 22 shorts.
Hard to find though , at least for me

The Quiets are loud out of a pistol, the colibris are silent from my Henry and reasonable for back yard use from a 6 inch revolver.
I haven't had any issues with colibri in the rifle.
About 415-430 FPS from the rifle and 385 from the S&W617

I have shot the .22 Quiets in a CZ with 24 in barrel and also a Brno #4 with a 28 in barrel with no problems getting stuck. The accuracy was nothing to write home about.

years ago PMC made a subsonic load called "moderator" and it was accurate and quiet out of a 20 inch bolt gun. Sadly they are not made anymore and I am going through the brick I bought many years ago very sparingly.

Ive shot both the Super Colibri and CCI Quiet 22lr. Super Colibri is a lot quieter than CCI Quiet 22. Its a shame Super Colibri is not being made anymore.

I like shooting the CCI Quiet rounds through my Savage bolt action. Oddly, though, I almost always get one flyer out of every 5 shot group. Happens with both rifles and pistols with this ammo. Otherwise it's outstanding!

I love cci quiets. What is currently made that is more quiet? Even though I'm on some property, the quiets are still loud out of my berretta jaguar
