ATI/GSG Cust Service not so good so far

My brand new GSG 922CA suffered a broken rear sight after only 23 rounds of CCI Mini-Mags last weekend. The rear adjustable portion just flew off while firing. So far have placed 2 voicemails and 1 email to CS with no reply. Anybody else had decent luck with their CS department? How long should it take them to respond?
"Bye Felicia!" - Said by me, as I looked at Kalfornia in my rearview for the last time, 9/22/17.

My experience is from the '80's and '90's, when mullets ruled the world!
If azzholes could fly, this place would be an airport!
I support gun control.....if there's a gun around, I want to be in control of it!
You go ahead and give peace a chance. I'll cover you if it doesn't work out!

When I had questions or needed parts for my GSG 1911 they were very responsive and quick to get me replacement parts. I always was able to to talk to someone on the telepone. Sent it in once for some work and had it back in less than two weeks.
