    Brimstone 10/22 Trigger Job

I just got my 10/22 trigger group back from Brimstone Gunsmithing and I'm very impressed. The stock trigger wasn't horrible, but wasn't great. I decided to go with the Tier 2 package with the wide blue trigger. I went with the Tier 2 because I wanted to still have the two stage trigger. The trigger now is amazing. It has a glass like break, no over-travel, and an extremely short and crisp reset. The little card they included says they got it down to 2.25 lbs. and I believe it. It is definitely a worthwhile $73.50.

I have 2 of the same setup, just red.
100% happy with mine and highly recommend them.
    Enjoy!

Congrats! Many overthink this process. I had CPC do lot of work to my 10/22 bolt & trigger group. It's impressive & hasn't coughed at all in about 3k rounds. Even with older win hp's from the late 80's.
Yes I took the pic, no I didn't go swimming!

That is certainly cheaper than the $90 plus $10 spring kit for the Kidd trigger kits. I might have to try one if they can get it under 2lbs.
I voted against Obama before it was cool.

It looks just plain beastly and the extra heft up front does help manage recoil a bit better. Plus, an angel told me that when God called JMB to heaven it was to build him a full rail 1911!

I'm gonna have them do the tier 2 trigger job and some cerakote. I'm just confused on the shipping, do you pay for the shipping both ways?

you remove and send them your trigger group, correct?

Basically yes, you pay for the return shipping when you order it. You then pay to ship it there. USPS Flat Rate works great.

Another thumbs up for the Tier 2 job. Went with the wide trigger in Purple! Combined with a Hogue Stock and Nikon P-Rimfire 2-7 scope with ammo specific elevation turret, this rifle is a guaranteed squirrel stopper!

Thanks, I shipped mine out yesterday. Can't wait I get it back, I'm gonna put it in a Magpul hunter stock with either a 16" fluted or 18" bull barrel
