Bought the gun about two years ago and the cylinder just never seemed to be right from start. Three bores were really tight and made it difficult to extract cases.
Fast forward to two months ago, the cylinder would not line up correctly, showed hits off center of cases and even between bores.
Off to Uberti for work.
Just got it back and shot it. Over a hundred shots w/o any issues what so ever. And it was cleaned and shinier than new I bought it.
RX looks like they gave me a new cylinder, for a minute I thought they had sent a new gun but a check of serial number proved different.
Anyway great service Uberti and $0 to me except for the shipping. I have two Uberti products now it's time for a third. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1454780875.213786.jpg
