The Bushnell Trophy TRS-25 Red Dot Sight’s integrated rail will securely attach to any Weaver or 1913 Spec Picatinny rail.

The factory OEM base will work with those sights. Here are some pros and cons on OEM vs Picatinny:Will the factory Ruger (Weaver) work with these sights, or should I purchase a Picatinny rail? Which Picatinny rail is the best? I would like to keep the factory sights on the gun (I tend to lose stuff after I remove it, and the MKii is near mint). Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
OEM:
Pros:
Probably the lowest profile mount available
Works with factory sight
Has 3/8" rimfire tip off mount built into the top
Keeps your gun stock
No concerns with screw lengths
Cons:
Fewer slot options; 5 slots, but will work with most combinations
May not support very long scopes
Picatinny:
Pros:
More slots, but you'll only use 1 or 2 of them
You can get an extended base to support long scopes
Most will work with factory sight
Cons:
Most are higher profile than OEM
No tip off mount option
Occasionally may have problems with screw lengths
With the dot sights you have, there are no rings, and only use on slot. I'd consider the height and placement (front to back) as factors for your decision, since it affects the balance of your pistol. I prefer the sight as low and as far to the rear as possible, but that's personal preference.Comment

I went even shorter. Got a cheap $6 mount, cut it short, just enough to fit my TRS-25, and use only two of the mounting holes (and put a plug in the third).I have a Tandemkross on my 22-45. Very nice for the money and does not overhang the barrel. My Fast Fire II looks good on it.
