    Ruger MarkIII

Happy holidays to all. Just happy to post that I finally got enough gumption (actually guts) to take down and clean my MarkIII for the first time. I watched some guy's YouTube on it and got it t done without a nervous breakdown. Really for me the hardest part is taking out and putting back in the bolt stop part that unfolds from the back of the grip.

Be safe during the busy season,
    Brent

    Congratulations!
    I don't think I would've bought a Ruger MK if we didn't have YouTube.
I now have a I, II, and III.

After you have done it a few times, you will find that it is not all that difficult to reassemble the Mk III. It is even easier if you chuck the factory magazine disconnect and install a Tandemkross magazine disconnect bushing.

Like half cock said install the tk disconnect bushing & while your at it replace the sear with a volquartsen sear. Just did it to my newly bought 22/45 and what a difference it made. Very simple after watching a few guy's on youtube do it.
