CCI A17 cartridge

Anyone using the CCI A17 shells and notice a difference. Saw them at Walmart for $49 box of 200. Have a bolt Savage. More accurate?

I might try a box myself, though I don't want to buy 200 and have them not shoot well. My CZ is picky - it likes the 20 gr XTP ammo but not any of the 17 gr ammo. It does also like the light CCI Green bullet, though. It shoots the 17 gr stuff into 1.5 to 2 inch groups and the 20 gr stuff into 3/4-inch at 100 yards.

I bought a box of A17s. Using my Savage bolt w/bull barrel, they were not as accurate as CCI 17Gr V-max. Not bad, but not as good. Price is about the
same ~$.25/rd. So will stick with V-max in the future.

i bought a couple of boxes and didn't really notice any difference. I shot them thru both of my CZ455's and my Savage 93 with no issues. If it's all you can get then i wouldn't hesitate to shoot them. I normally get the 20's though.
