I think we will repeat summer and hopefully get more participation for the fall.
As such, we are going to host a 3 month long match, and have prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place after the 3 months are up. To encourage participation, we're going to slightly modify the scoring as well: totals will be tallied each month for each shooter including ALL distances / classifications shot, and then the 3 months will be added together with a final % score determined after adding up ALL targets. please note: only the highest scoring target each month in each classification / distance / division will be added, but you are free to shoot as many times as you want each month in an attempt to better your score.
an example of the scoring:
John shoots the 25 yd pistol offhand target and shoots a 48/50; the 25 yd pistol benched and shoots a 52/50, the 25 rifle aperture at 90/90, the 50 yd rifle at 30/50, and the 100 yd rifle at 95/100 in june - his score going into july is 267/340 or a 78.52%. this gets repeated in July and august, adding each month to the next, for a final score.
the other rules are pretty much the same as normal, and aside from the variations noted above, can be found here.
