Walther G22 issues

I've had this Walther G22 since their initial release. The problem is it's never been able to feed any type of ammo. The rounds won't even chamber.

Seeing how it's been "years" I've had it just sitting, will the mfg still repair it?

This is what's going on. The rifle won't even chamber a round and shears off a portion of the bullet before the bolt stops.
