Wow, that is interesting. The GP 100 is one big heavy mother. In 22LR, I don't think there would be any recoil at all. I have the SP101 in 22LR. Like it, but must admit, I wish the grip was a little bigger. That is even with after market Hogue's

Have not heard anything since last fall when they showed it on their TV show. I think it was a 6" half lug at the time.
