unfortunately no model with a 7.25 inch barrel is on the California roster. You can buy it later and install yourself.

My daughter wants the pink camo buckmark, saw a few in Nevada last weekend but not on the roster.

I did a little research and a few calls to Browning.
this is what is listed on the DOJ Website:

"Buck Mark Lt Grey 7.25 FLT URX F/O SE MS 051461490 / Steel Slide; Alloy Frame"

Model 051461490 belongs to a 5.5 inch barrel Buck Mark URX Lite Gray

The correct model number for the description of the 7.25 inch barrel is 051462490. According to Browning's legal department this gun is actually CA compliant however because the information transferred to the state has the wrong model number is whenever looking for a 7.25 inch barrel Browning it does appear as non Complaint.

Browning has asked me to wait a few weeks in order to get this sorted out in order to be able to place an order for this handgun.

Searched for that model and I didn't see any in stock anywhere and the last year it was in the Browning catalog was 2011. Too bad for us.
