Any idea where the best place to get them is? I need them for a second generation with the push-button mag release. The originals are hard to come by and expensive. Thanks in advance.

I remember going through Triple-K for some hard-to-get magazines in the past. I can't comment on the pricing but you can check them out at: http://www.triplek.com/Products/id/38/grp/412/manuf/C/NRA Life MemberComment

I have a Second Series Colt Woodsman and ebay is the only place that I have found that has magazines. OP, I have an extra magazine that I am willing to sell. The type that I have is marked C in this photo, https://www.google.com/search?q=colt...ml%3B335%3B201sigpicComment

I've read mixed reviews about them, how did you mags come out?I remember going through Triple-K for some hard-to-get magazines in the past. I can't comment on the pricing but you can check them out at: http://www.triplek.com/Products/id/38/grp/412/manuf/C/Comment

Just an update. I tried the cheap ones on ebay that you had to put the notch in, all were crap. All of them, save your money. I put the notch in the right spot and they still were crap. The triple K mags are the best I have found, better than the 65 year old original clip that came with the gun. Don't waste your money on the originals or ebay, just buy the triple-K mags for around $40 each and be done with it. Just my humble opinion. I put a lot of time into this, pm me with any questions.Comment
