Most innovative Red Dot mount for a handgun I have seen

I came across these guys at SHOT and was so impressed I purchased one of their mounts, holsters and concealed carry holster. Basically their red dot mount will mount to any pictanny rail with no gunsmithing required as well as no lose of zero from my red dots. Their holster is universal and mounts to their rail so you only need one for all your handguns. I now don't have to switch out my holster when I am running drills with different handguns.

Pix are much too small to be able to see any detail. What is so great about the mount? Who makes it? How much does it cost?

Looks almost like the UM3 Sight Mount. But I can't really tell because the pictures are so small.
