    Trijicon RMR (1 MOA)

Anybody got there hands on one of these? I can't find a review anywhere. I'm curious if there is such a thing as too small of a reticle.

Eotechs have a 1 MOA dot that is perfectly viewable under very bright conidtions as well as low light conditions, so I don't see why someone else couldn't do it. But I don't remember ever seeing an RMR with a dot smaller than 3 MOA.

          My 2 cents
The value of the RMR is speed, Fast acquisition of the target. If my tired old eyes have to search for that tiny reticle/dot then the RMR advantage is lost at least on a pistol
Perhaps it is primarily intended for Rifles but on a handgun or even a shotgun, the ranges are too close to worry about a 3 or 9 MOA reticle covering the target.

I think it would be perfect, especially mounted on a rifle. My eyes aren't horrible (yet) and I can appreciate being able to not cover 3 or 7 inches of a target if I decide to take a shot at 100 yards.

This would be a great optic to run offset with an ACOG or other scope IMO.

I will be running it with an ACOG (4x32 RCO) but I grabbed the tall mount to use it on another couple rifles as well that I have scopeless at the moment.

Wow, this will be a great AR sight. Can't see it being used on a handgun.
