Riser mount recommendation

Hey all,

Looking for a cheap riser mount to add a red dot on. Currently using a friend's riser mount which is maybe 3/4-1" in height. Working well so far. Saw a utg brand at midway for $15. Any other suggestions?

UTG is very cheap. I dont know all the sizes they make. I have one that's 1/2".

not sure how high you need - but Burris 1/2" is only 1.25oz... I use it on a lightweight build with a Fastfire III mounted on ADM QD - it co-witnesses with iron sights.

you may need a longer section (depending on what RDS you are using)...

Not sure what red dot you have. This one works perfectly with bushnell TRS-25:

Same one i use on my stormtrooper build. Works. Not sexy but works.

I have an old bushnell red dot, tube type...probably 5" long.
