Best night vision for under $400.

Not quite sure where to ask this. Looking for some night vision binoculars or a monocular for fun. Does not need to be mounted on a weapon. Anybody have any experience. Thanks.

For $400, it's probably better get a good light and take a night shoot or night navigation class.

Any decent NOD device breaks $1000 mark.
