I don't recall seeing any, but the store kicks *** all the same.

I know Martin Retting in Culver City has a decent stash of scopes...

Yes, but you would be better off buying online.

Last I saw they wanted $450 for an Eotech 511, they can be found online for $300 new.
Check the thread for the 30% Ebay rebate for a good deal.

I'd at least TRY to support the local guys and ask them to compete if not match the online price before jumping straight to the net.

it's really unlikely that any retailer in this state will match online prices. i understand supporting the local guys but you can only do so much plus there is much more selection online. most places don't carry aimpoints and eotechs.

Riflegear is Costa Mesa has some Aimpoints.
Ammo Bros I have seen Eotech's and Acog's before. Call to see if they have Aimpoints.

As far as ammo bros overcharging on Eotechs its worth it to ask them to price match....or at least work with you. With optics and so many models its easy to mis-price something in error.

Try to remember. Rent is higher in CA... as is paying employees....and all the legal BS California Vendors have to go through. Its worth it to spend a few extra bucks and keep them here than have them close or move out of state.

I just got back from there...

I saw a couple scopes, nothing great.

I use the local guys when I am in a bind or dont feel like waiting for shipping to arrive like when Im in the middle of a project and just cant walk away. Other than that... I hit the net for supplies

as far as black rifles, ammo bros has eotechs and acog. As for regular optics, they have mainly millett in stock.

Supporting local vendors is cool in my book, but if supporting local vendors means paying Ammo Bros' jacked up prices and buying their dangerous reloads, then I would rather buy online.

By that logic, we should all buy stuff from Metroshot and roll the dice on whether you eventually get your gun or not.

Just because they are local doesn't mean they get my blind support, they have to earn it first.

Doesnt sound like they will be able to. But to stay on topic, what they stock has been mentioned above.
