hmm...

I guess it will only be offered in 3.5-15. Guessing that if they went any higher than that then the reticle at those higher magnifications would be huge and obscuring the target. Just wrote Alex at EuroOptics, they will suppossedly get first batch of shipments coming in at end of october.

We have them on order and will have 2 in stock I'm told by the end of October. They are only making them in the 3.5-15x50mm with the MIL-DOT or MLR reticle, and MIL RAD 0-Stop turret. I’m very exited to be getting them.

Does NightForce make BDC elevation dials? I got a Leupold Mk4 for my last build and was surprised how nice it is to have them.

I'm disappointed in NF's pricing on the FFP scopes, since they were supposed to be under 2k. If your going to spend $2,300 on a NF scope, I rather spend a few hundred more to get a USO. Better yet, save a thousand and get the regular NF 3.5-15x50 in mill/mill.

Can't argue with that. For $2300 I'm looking to USO and Premier.

Now if you could get a FFP 5.5-22 for 2300, it may be more worthwhile. The reticle will obscure the same amount of the target at all magnifications. That shouldn't be a concern.

Only you can decide if its worth it. Shoot in as many matches/scenarios as you can and you'll see whether you need it or not. I would've never believed FFP or matching reticle and turrets would be important to me when all I did was shoot in the desert. Now, I wouldn't have it any other way.

And USO does offer a zero stop. It comes as part of the EREK knob.

With the potential to get a USO for about the same cash on a group buy, with more bells and whistles than the NF, it seems NF is pricing themselves out of the market.

I'd already been leaning towards an FFP scope since I really want to be able to do hold overs at any power with no math involved. As far as the turrets and reticle matching that just makes sense to me as well. Having to do Moa to Mil conversions is not my idea of fun

Look for a used one for about $1,300-$1,400. Should be obtainable for that price.

USO does have zero stop, but it's an upgrade feature. I believe it was around $150-$200 extra.

A brand new USO SN3 T-Pal with all the nice features will run around $2,800. Comes with a lifetime warrenty too, and they are local in southern cali. If something goes wrong, you know you'll be taken care of in a giffy. The way the economy is going, you'll see more and more come on the secondary market. $2,300 should get you a fully loaded USO SN3.
