No "cheapies" will hold up for any length of time. I've shot the Beowulf extensively and you will need to get something decent, or it just won't last. Personally, I would go with almost any Eotech or the Leupold Deltapoint.

I used an Eotech 512 when I had a Beowulf upper and the recoil would cause the reticle to appear and disappear intermittently. I would much rather go with a transverse mounted battery Eotech or any Aimpoint. I am not sure about reflex sights, I read mixed things about their durability but don't have any real world experience. No "cheapies" will hold up for any length of time. Thanks kozumas , I thinking eotech or aimpoint ... I guess aimpoint it is ...Comment

If you can....look through both and see which you prefer. I was planning on purchasing an eotech, then I used my buddies at a range and didn't like the way the reticle looked. It looked fuzzy to my eyes. So I bought an aimpoint and have been very happy with it. My buddy loves his eotech though.... So if you have the opportunity to view through them first that might help you make a decision.Comment
