Is it time for a new aimpoint? Aimpoint is AWESOME

Well after about 30k rounds and many beatings my aimpoint finally kinda broke it still works, I just can't turn it off by hand no more. Does anyone know how to fix this? The knob fell off in my most recent adventure at a rifle course. I know I could go buy another but I'm in love with this red dot....
Aimpoint FIXED IT. NO PROBLEM. EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT THE ORIGINAL owner... and even sent mea free new battery

Not sure, but it seems that may be something Aimpoint would stand behind.
    Have you contacted them?

Good to know their CS is so good. The good thing about a problem like not being able to turn off an aimpoint is the fact that it's an aimpoint... And not an eotech.
