T1 Aimpoint looks like a dinosaur compared to the Holosun $199 micro red dot.

I've always wanted this. I may give it a look.
The liberal see's the glass as half full and tries to take more.
The conservative see's glass as half empty and tries to keep it that way.
I'm with the people on the side just pouring water in the glass trying to get a drink!

Well I have am old crappy AK and I have an old crappy aimpoint that sits on it. Maybe when I pick up my really cool bushmaster 208 xm10 I'll get a really cool holoSun the OP here is ridiculous.

Do you read what you write? Because you have kestryll sticking up for you, you keep trying to throw your dumb little comments in. Aimpoint is worth 3x the price for one simple reason.... they work. How many rounds do you have under your holosin? How many times has it been dropoed? I'm not taking about stupid 50 yards under water bur real life banging around while you are doing shooting courses. You can claim it's a good range toy that is fine but to act like it's a real tool is not. BTW you'll probably end up needing that lifetime warranty at least every year ... over 30k rounds under my aimpoint comp m2 and only thing I've had go wrong with it is my knob finally fell of recently while I was running it in a crazy rifle course on my AK.

Secondly I hope its better for 3 times the price.

Holosun has lifetime warranty. Whats the warranty on aimpoint? yea not lifetime ...

They then sent you, the second owner, brand new parts for it. Is a very timely manner. Don't forget that part dogger.

You should read what I wrote first with your less than impressive memory skills and slow remarks to questions already answered . So try again and read and reread untill you have at least a small grasp on the topic and what has already been discussed. Then your questions may be answered already and you can try to respond intelligently to something new. And please base your response on actual words I have said not claims in your head thanks. We all know Aimpoints break all optics can and do.

                Have a good day.

Yes all break. It just takes a lot more to break an aimpoint compared to a Chinese knockoff.

You are assuming a cheap Chinese optic performed up to par in the first place. They MIGHT be workable shooting 10 rounds in slow motion, but not for the intended use of such an optic. Even if a cheap Chinese optic meets your needs for hitting giant gongs at a range, nobody trusts his life with one. If they say they do, they are lying, in denial, or are simply clueless.

I think that's all subject to the value of the life being trusted in question.

The saddest part of it is the thread was derailed, then Kestryll himself came in and set things right in favor of the OP, who then went on and derailed it again with an infantile attitude. I mean seriously this guy is the definition of a troll.

Who is Honey Boo-Boo and why were you watching it in the first place?
