    Scopes stay ing zeroed question

    I have a few questions.
    Part I
I recently purchased an eotech 512 from Larue Tactical. I also purchased a Tactical QD Mount LT110. The eotech is mounted on the QD mount and the mount is mounted on my stag flat top. Once zeroed in, wil the eotech still remain zeroed if removed for any reason? (Considering I place the mount on the same notch as before, on the picatinny rail.)

    Part II
I have a winchest model 70 in 308. I have a sheperd scope mounted on it with leupold, qucik release mounts. Will the scope remain zeroes if the scope is remove from the rifle? I cant fit my rifle in the safe, with the scope mounted on the rifle. In the caseof the winchester, there is actually one point to where the mounts meet the base. I also have the same setup on my remington 700 sps. If not, are there any mounts/bases you guys can recommend, where the scope returns to "dialed in", no matter how many times the scope is removed?

      No.

Even very good "return to zero" scope aren't perfect. They'll be close, but not always on target.

From my experience it can change up to 2MOA with a LaRue.

Pressing in a direction (usually toward the muzzle with the optic) can help some.

I guess its time for a bigger safe. I can keep my eotech on no problem, but I know my scoped rifles wont be able to fit the safe. Oh well.
