So i purchased the SRS from Cheaper than dirt due to the price. Well they shipped me a unit that was all scratched on the threads where the kill flash goes. No big deal they took it back and sent me a new unit. I was kinda bummed but looked forward to the new unit. Well they sent me unit with the same scratches. Well they asked me to send pics in before they ship me a new one. Screw that, i will keep my damaged unit and shop else where.

I've never deal with CTD, but over the past year I've yet to come across one thread praising them for anything.
Was the discount that significant? If not, send it back, get your money back, and keep an eye out for a used one. -
