Any ideas? I took it off a relatively expensive rifle i recently picked up, but can't find any info on it. I tried to look up CC, C to C, etc. no luck.

That silver ring/band makes me think it was made by Tasco for Coast to Coast. Coast to Coast, Sears, Montgomery Wards all had private label sporting equipment made by Name Brand manufacturers.LetsGoBrandon
