LaRue are nice and work very well. I tested the LaRue and the GG&G Accucam and I found I prefer the GG&G for precision setups and the LaRue for CQB setups.

Any mount that uses side bolts will be better for precision shooting.

i use leupold PRW medium height rings on my .300 win mag ar-30 with a 20x42 super sniper. use the same sccope / ring combo on my .510 dtc bohica, & a 16x42 & prw rings on my .308 rem 700 pss. they all seem to hold the scopes fine & are under $50 from swfa.

Burris Tactical and EGW picanny rail

Geat setup, ALL aluminum with same expansion ratio.

Go with steel and 8-40 screws if you plan on jumping out of airplanes and helicopters.
