Which scope rings for Bushmaster

Just picked up an optics-ready Bushmaster.



Planning on putting a Leupold Mark AR Mod 1 3X9 scope on it. Since it comes with removable risers, which can be seen in the pic, is the Burris AR PEPR a good choice? I assume with the PEPR rings that I would not use the risers. Is there a better option?

Either ~ or, not both: the PEPR alone or the risers with picatinny base rings. The PEPR is a fine choice and so is the Leupold IMS. Be sure to get the model that matches your scope tube diameter - 1" vs 30mm.

"Better" is a very subjective term...good luck and be safe.
