Name this old school QD scope mount

I have this old QD scope mount that I believe was on European gun. This is all I know about the scope. Can anyone help me ID this scope mount and it's possible value. The scope mount is solid, it's built like my La Rue QD mount but feels a lot more sturdy due to the steel construction. I think the mount was made in the 80's.

Is that a Schmidt and bender or a Kahles scope ?
Those are both worth big bucks.

Thank you for helping me out with IDing the scope mount. I have 30mm rings with the mount.

Typically they offered adapter "shells" to reduce the dia to 1" for the American market. Back in the day- there were no US made 30mm tube scopes.
