Tactical Scope for a 6.8 AR

Howdy Calgun Folks---I have a Bison 6.8 AR with a cheap 1x-4x tactical scope. I carry this thing around public land when I'm looking for wild hogs. As such, I'd love to get a lighter, smaller scope with variable magnification, up to 6x, that maybe is a bit brighter. This is not a battle rifle but it does get slung around in the field. Many lower-price tactical scopes are "set" for 5.56 or 7.62, I don't see anything out there for the 6.8SPCII. What do you use, or would you use, with such a rifle?

I use a Redfield 3x9 for my 6.8. Its my deer and hog gun

has the hunter retical with built in range finder

I usually keep it at 2X power when walking / hunting and zoom if needed when taking the shot

How far are you shooting? You shouldn't need a BDC for 150yds. A good quality 1-3x20 like a Weaver V-3, or better yet a Nikon M223 1-4x20 should work fine. Both feature a true 1x setting for fast both eyes open close quarters shots. If you want more magnification look at the Nikon Monarch 2-8x32.
