Gopro mount for rails

Anyone seen rail mount adapters for a gopro? And before I get all the wise advice to do a Google search, I have and they are all homemade and don't look very "pretty". I have looked under many optic websites for mounts, but haven't come across anything.

I used a bit of epoxy to attach a standard go pro mount to a QD picatinny mount.

I have POV Mounting System's "The Witness" Picatinny rail mount. I should write a review on it actually. It's pretty straightforward and robustly built, no problems with it in over a dozen range trips and a few times loaned out to friends.
