AR10 Iron Sights Recommendations?

Greetings All!

I have a flattop .308 upper. I do not plan on installing optics. I've looked around and mostly find backup flip up irons or crappy airsoft quality toys. Can anybody recommend a good set of Primary Iron Sights, rear adjustable? I need to be able to dial-in a range on the fly (like A2 type). The flattop is all Picatinny. Calibration to .308 is nice but not necessary.

I've searched this section first and can only find references for optics/AR10.

there is no specific recoil requirement right? any one will work, right?

Thanks for the recommendations! It led me to the right place. Armalite makes a kit (item number EA5065) with handle mounted adj. rear sight and a separate front sight.
