    From pictures, I would think TA01 or TA01LAW. It isn't TA01NSN.

What a horrible cheek well... the irons are useless with that cheek piece in place. And what the hell is that kydex-piece-of-cheek-well??? Looks like it's covering up the selector.

Someone needs to sell these boys A4 receivers.

I was wondering why bother adding a 1913 rail between the carry handle and the ACOG. Any ideas when these rifles came into being? Being "DMR", I would expect them to be accurized like the SDMR or SAMR. Do you happen to know what work were done on them? Or are they just regular A2s with scope and bipod.

That height over bore has got to be atrocious. I wonder if anyone shot the wall thinking the barrel is clear of the barricade.

Could it be just a wee bit higher above the bore of the rifle? Jeez, I think I would just stick with the irons. The U.S. used the irons fine in Vietnam and other places. That ACOG is way to high.

In 95 in Somalia in the Corps this is how my a2 was setup as a DM, it was mounted on my standard issue rifle. Yes the cheek weld was more like a chin weld, it was stupid high. The Acog i used was a prototype but looked like a TAO1, we got 2 shipped to us from Trijicon to try out and review. At night I would hold my PVs-7's up and just look through one eyepiece to make it more like an nv scope. Not ideal but it worked at the time. It would've been nice to have a flattop, but I didn't see one of those til after I got out.
