So, it is indeed, made in China?

It is made in China but backed by a US company. I sure hope they figure it out soon. I almost got one of these.

I finally dragged mine out to the range and played with it.

- The doubler is pretty much useless. It's a really nice feature, and it's great that it's free, but I put it back in the box and will probably never touch it again.

- There is a tiny bit of reflection, however this did not affect functionality or distract me in any way.

- Seemed to hold zero very well. Though I didn't put a couple thousand rounds through the firearm.

I would definitely buy another one!

Initial users report that there is a "reflection" on the lens coming from the internal parts. Some users from Arfcom are bummed, however Vortex mentioned they are looking into the problem
