    burris fullfield 2-7x

These look like deals at like 150, 11oz 11inches..... looks good and light for carbine? Ive played around with the fullfield tac30 1-4x that costs at least twice as much.. are they similar in optical quality? The 1-4x or looked pretty nice side by side with some other similar offerings from leupold, etc. if it's the same burris line would it have pretty much the same glass? might be my next optical purchase.

Yes - Burris optics are top notch. Scopes are made in the Philippines, probably the same glass company thats makes Nikon Monarchs. I own the Fullfield E1s and have used it on ARs. I also like light scopes - why have a carbine AR when it weighs 10lbs?? Doesn't make sense.

I used a Burris 3-9x40 E1 on my 20" AR and it was perfect for plates out to 600yds. For a carbine the 2-7x35 is perfect. Also, check out the Vortex Diamondback 2-7x35 also very similar.

Where did you find it for 150?
