Not sure if this is the right place to post.
I recently purchased a rail from these guys. They debited my account but never sent the item. I have tried to call many times . Left voice mails and emails. No response at all. I requested a cancelation and a refund but no one has responded at all.
Just wondering if anyone has experience with them and also suggestions on what I should do at this point.

Contact your credit card company immediately and explain that this retailer hasn't shipped your product and doesn't respond to your attempts to communicate via phone and email.

Thanks. Yeah just filed a claim with my bank. Need to submit a letter with the claim and drop it off at a branch. Suck i have to go through this. Should have read the reviews about this place before purchasing.Also looks like they have s few complaints filed on the better business bureau. learned the hard way i guess.

My experience in the past with them was their responses were timely. Specifically on Facebook. I got my order as promised though it took considerable time. I was in no rush though and the wait was indicated up front so I knew what I was getting into. This was for their lowers. I ordered a couple of bcgs once and those came right away. Other products I have no idea.

yeah i can understand if it states that a wait is to be expected. but the rail i bought is in stock ready to ship. i can also understand if some sort of email, a call or any type of communication was made. Any reason for the delay would suffice. But i have not heard from them at all. i tried all avenues. And they debited my account for an item that was never shipped.
glad to know you eventually got your order though. as for me, even if they send my order, i would still cancel and return. i would rather not deal with a company that has horrible customer service.

Yeah sorry to hear you went through that. :-( they showed good promise for products at great prices, but have been struggling quite a bit with customer service. Hope it all gets sorted out for you.

Don't waste your time and money with shadow ops weaponry. I placed an order for their 308 bcg in dec, then got a email in mid-jan blah blah blah excuses, free upgrade to their ultra match grade 308 bcg with serration cuts for the forward assist with delivery date in Feb. Feb rolls around blah blah blah more excuses, March blah blah blah more excuses, April blah blah blah more excuses, May supposedly they got a batch of their 308 ultra match carriers in that didnt meet their standards, blah blah blah more excuses. Now 6 months later no BCG, and they've disable all the comments from april till now from their time line. They wont respond to email, won't answer their phone, won't do a call back after you leave the message for a call back on their answering machine.

Wow, 6 months? Sorry to hear that. thats a long time. these guys are thieves! How do they stay in business? i have tried and tried to cancel and get my money back but these guys wont respond at all. your right, it goes straight to an automated answering machine. No matter what you select it goes to voice mail. its frustrating. The feeling of being robed sucks. I already have my bank investigating this case and im hoping they can get my money back. I filed complaint with the BBB and they sent a letter out to them. Im not sure what that does but at this point that is all i can do.

Is there a page on calguns that lists Vendors to stay away from?
if there isnt maybe there should. I sure wouldnt want anyone else to go through what i have gone through.

Call your bank get your money back ASAP if your still in the 180 days or w/e statue of limitation.

oh man, thanks Nothing4u for those threads. i really should have searched this company before doing business with them. had no idea how many complaints they have. I finally got a response. A simple email that states my order cancellation. no word on the refund so i asked and they said it will take 10 days. then i requested for an immediate refund and no reply. so the silent treatment again.
They are quick to debit my account but i have to wait 10 days for a refund. i have a feeling this is going to take longer.

The latest post on their FB page is from mid March.

Looks like the AR purchase slow down has bit another company.

Well yes and no. They promised a refund but never got it. my bank reversed the charge though. i also got an email from BBB stating that they tried to reach them 2 times but never got a response.
