Need Advice For A Mount

My friend has a Colt LE6920 which has a flip up rear and standard front sights. He has narrowed his search for a scope down to a Redfield Revolution 3-9x40 with Accu-Range.
What is the best mount for this scope and rifle?
He chose this scope because he feels this is the best one in the $200 price range. Feel free to recommend other scopes in the same price range and the corresponding mount for it.
