Buy or don't buy. On sale this weekend for $355. I think I need to get better with iron sights before jumping on this. I should be able to get it at this price later down the line.

If you're asking for opinions on the optic, I've had mine for close to 20 years. Would not hesitate to buy another.

I was fortunate enough to be invited to tour the factory/headquarters, and it's an impressive operation.

I have a 512 that I bought 10 years ago, and it's been a great optic. I own some newer models as well, but for that price for a 512 it's a good deal.

Crud... CTD = dirtbags, I wouldn't buy from them at any price.

Exile has them pretty close to that price all the time, and an XPS2 isn't much more than a 512, so don't worry about not finding a good deal.

I think aimsurplus runs sales on them occasionally as well.

It's a great sight
Mine's about 8 years old IIRC and I have had zero trouble.
And its mounted on an M1A so it handles.308 recoil like a champ.
