PA md-06 question

I got the this sight for a gift had it for a month I noticed right away that it wasn't as bright as I thought using it out doors when I had it at the highest level 11. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm going to swap out the battery and see if theirs a difference

I was kinda bummed out when this happened with owning a trs-25 as soon as I turned that one on I was excited and had the opposite feelings when I did it with this red dot.

Try swapping the battery, if that doesn't help contact PA, I've never needed to turn mine above 8-9 in bright sun, 2-3 is usually fine in shade or at the range.
