How is this scope for my Saiga 7.62?

IMHO its way too much magnification for this type of rifle - stich something with a top end around 12 or less and second I doubt the scope you have listed will last long on a Saiga. A semi is way rougher on a scope than a bolt gun and while the scope you list may last several hunting seasons on a bolt gun I doubt it would last too many shoot 'em up sessions with a Saiga.

Yea I've done some more research and decided to go with a POSP, since it was designed for this type of rifle. I will probably go with the 8X, the only question is do I need any additional mount or rail if I purchase this scope? does the scope just bolt directly to the rifle?
