Just want to share my experience with vortex customer support.
i recently lost a dial cover while out shooting this past weekend. thought, well guess i will just buy a replacement. Turns out these are pretty tough to find. decided to email vortex on Sunday. Well i got home today (Wednesday)... and lo and behold , 2 brand new covers in my mail box. Now i know these are just simple covers. its more about the customer service. These days, good companies who care about the product and the customer is hard to find. Anyway, wanted to share that.

I had a similar experience with Vortex customer support. I e-mailed them to see if their VMX-3T 3x magnifier works with the low mount Strikefire. They replied that it only works with the "AR" mount version, but that I can send in my low mount ring and they would gladly send me the AR mount ring.
