Sent my paperwork in mid Feb and received the check last week.

Update on mine, I guess the UPC code was missing on my submission...and they claimed that they sent a letter to me in February. I originally submitted in December. I faxed them the UPC code and called back. Check should be here in May.

This will bring my XPS2 from $500 down to $390! I had a 10% coupon on black Friday.

I've heard a number of stories as to who is to blame, but the rejections are mostly a mistake. So...

"Please contact the rebate center at 800-953-3098 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm Pacific Standard Time so you may obtain a fax number from them to resend them the serial number".

I called and gave them my tracking number and they said I'd already been resubmitted and would probably see the check about May 1st.

* Received the same letter of invalid SN. I found it strange as I was within their deadline, but it was a Jan '14 purchase.

- Just got off the phone with a CS rep. at the number above. Rep assured me it was nothing I did on my part, and that my paperwork was in order. CS Rep told me that EoTech will be submitting New Updated SN for the rebates that were kicked back.

fwiw/imho: Meaning, EoTech sold a bunch of units during this promotion and some of the later entries were from recent production. They sold more than they anticipated & didn't relay the new production SN to their Rebate Center. Good on EoTech for offering this rebate and for the increased sales, I love their optics. CS Rep at the Rebate Center was very professional, voiced concern, and provided info. = TOP NOTCH in my book. Honestly, Letter has no bearing on my outlook of EoTech. It's all good with me as long as I get my check at the end

Waited 2+ months for the rejection letter, posted on their facebook on how aimpoint will get my business from now on, got my rebate less than 7 days later.

I bought mine through Primary Arms on January 31 and received my rebate check last week.
