    Diamond Series SpeedSights

I tried doing some searches and came up with nothing on this specific brand of speedsights before posting, so forgive me if this has already been covered somewhere that I could not find.

Speed Sights - High Visibility and Premium Quality Night Sights for Glock, Sig Sauer, Springfield XD, Walther and Smith Wesson

I am looking for some night sights for my Glock 19, and I have this..... THING.... about not going with the "norm", so I went and did a lot of digging and found some sights that seemed to stand out to me, and also sounded like they had a pretty good basis to their design. Has anybody had any experience with this brand of speed sights?

    Thanks

I kinda like the diamond shape. I don't like the different color rear and front.

I read somewhere (I'll have to look it up and if I find it, edit), that having different colored f/r sights actually makes it more difficult in low light conditions to line up/acquire them. And I found for me, doing some low light drills, that it held to be correct. Maybe not for everybody, but for me. And I am not color blind.

    YMMV
    Sorry, not sorry.

Dear autocorrect, I'm really getting tired of your shirt!

I have not, I'll go check it out. Pretty good products there?

I have not seen nor used these, however.....when shooting you should concentrate on your front sight. The diamond shaped rear sight seems to draw my attention (in the pics) to the rear. Doesn't sound like a good idea, but who knows, if you like it go for it!!!

Just got mine in the mail on Friday for an XDS. Took ~1 week from ordering to get them which was nice since the website said expect 2-3 week lead time.

I was hesitant to spend over 30% of what I paid for the gun for some night sights but there's a 2 month guarantee where you can send them back for any reason (ie. if you decide you don't like them) so I pulled the trigger.

Haven't mounted them yet but will try to post a report when I do. Just looking at them in the bag though they appear to be good quality, made in USA, etc.

            Cheers
