2 Scopes for 2 Rifles. Steiner Predator Good?

I have a M1A Loaded (22" barrel) and want to add a scope.

Came across a sale on Steiner Predator 4-16x50 for under $600 shipped new from retailer.

Good deal and a good scope? My range maxes out at 200 yards so I opted to NOT buy a friend Viper PST 6-24 for $850.

Bushnell Banner 1.5-x4.5-32mm for $80 shipped. Its for a Ruger 10/22 takedown and it fits in the bag mounted.

is 4.5x high enough? I was looking at 2-7 scopes but non fit in the bag mounted.

The Steiner Predator has special coatings that make the sight picture a different color. Easier to see prey that way. But it is not a tactical style scope.

At 200 yards... your M1A iron sights will be awesome.

The best deal going in my book is the SWFA 3-9x42mm
