Eotech G33?

I just picked one up and I really don't know how to ask this question, but here goes. I put it on behind my 512, but I am only seeing a small fov about the size of a 223 shell.. Is it faulty or am I missing an adjustment? It is correctly oriented on the weapon.. I have also turned diopter both ways.
