                  It doesn't look like Aimpoint cm4 nor a PVS-14, here's a bigger pics on a different angle.

                      It is a PVS-14 with the at least the front cover installed, maybe a rear cover. It is a "newer" production model with a single AA battery. I guess it is possible that it is a fake PVS-14; but at the least, it is a PVS-14 clone...
