mushy eotech elevation adjustment

can anyone tell me if they have this issue please. When i adjust elevation down the clicks are mushy and not very positive. Its super inconsistent, one turn it will click, then it will flow through an moa with no click or anything. but when im adjusting elevation up, all the clicks are very crisp and positive.

is there a way eotech can pay for it? i dont understand why me as the consumer should be punished for poor craftsmanship on their part. its not right. i spend the extra money on eotech to AVOID bravo sierra like this, my buddies trs-25 has better adjustment than my 512. im up the creek on all the gas, ammo, and range fees to get the damn thing zero'ed, and now they want me to pay for shipping?

Did you call or email them? They'll usually send you a prepaid shipping label with the rma info. Did you even ask or just assume?

i looked on their website and it said all shipping cost will be paid by the user.
