Nikon Scope Problems = collimation ????

    Long story short here...

Bought a NIkon Slughunter.. had problems..Sent in for repair, came back after service.

    They said they adjusted collimation..

My original problem was that the 1/4moa clicks would result in more like 1moa at the target (sometimes more, sometimes less). Adjusting the scope was hit and miss.

Can someone tell me how and/or why collimation would affect the scope?

Is it fixed? That's the big question. Their explanation of the fix may be a generic explanation.
If you want change you have to put in your 2 cents, you can't just sit on the sidelines and whine.
