    Bushnell Elite Tactical 6-24x50mm

I am eyeballing this one with G2, anyone have one? Looking to put it on my new Remington Model 700 SS 5-R Mil-Spec 308 Win 24"

Prefer FFP, any others in this price range I should be looking at? Any info would be appreciated!

Vortex pst has ffp, seems like that's what most people prefer

I have a Bushnell Elite 4200 6-14x50 with mil dot and adjustable parallax on a M1A National Match. I got mine at Opticplanet.com about 5 years ago and paid $485.

I have a Bushnell Elite 3200 3-9x40 on my Remington 700 in .30-06 I like the quality and price point of Bushnell scopes.

Its a good scope for the price, Vortex PST is the only other I would check out at the price range. But I would try to save a bit more and get the Bushnell DMR with the G2 Ret. By far one of the best buys for the money when it comes to dependable optics.

I have a 3200 Elite Tac 5-15 and can say I have 0 complaints. Even dropped my rifle on the ground from about 4"s seems to hold true still.

I was going to get another for my LR308 build but I decided to give the SWFA a try this go around. See which I like better.

I just received this model Bushnell Elite Tactical, the 4.5-30X50, linked below.

It's a nice scope with real clear glass and good eye relieve, even at 30X. I haven't mounted it yet other than to have set it on the rifle in the open rings to view through it, but so far it looks good. The model I got turns out to have MOA turrets with Mil reticle so I'm trying to decide on keeping it or doing an exchange.

I'm kind of torn on FFP vs SFP, but my cheapness is winning out so far. Seems to me that I'm going to know the range I'll be shooting at, since it'll most likely be a public range, so using the ranging capability of FFP isn't so important. Using the mil dots for holdover may be important but I don't understand it well enough to know for sure.

If you get to the range soon let me know what your thoughts were on it.

I recently picked up the BTE 6-24x50 FFP G2. Been to the range twice with it and love it. Crisp & bright glass. Quality feel & operation. The G2 reticle is very nice. I would buy it again.

I purchased I believe that same scope (item: ET6245FG - Bushnell ET6245FG: Elite Tactical 6-24x50mm Rifle Scope, G2DMR Reticle) two days ago. I'm waiting for it in the mail.

                        AKS,

Which rings and mount do you have on your rifle holding the Bushnell. I will be shooting out to 1,000 yards with a Remington 700P - 300WinMag.

I've had one in FFP non-ill G2DMR for about a year. Hit an 18" plate at 1000 yds last May. I'm very pleased with it.

TPS 20moa base with Vortex Precision Matched Riflescope Rings - Low (.87")

I also lapped the rings. They were very well aligned out of the box, however, I wanted to minimize any potential unevenness in the ring interior surfaces from coating or mfg variations.
