    Bushnell Warranty

I was just doing an inventory check in my armory and I saw this upon inspection of my Bushnell Elite 4200. I can't describe what happened to the reticle, so I've attached a picture. It surely wasn't like this when I last used it months ago, and it's been sitting in my armory since. Has anyone had any issues with Bushnell scopes? How is their customer service and warranty?

    Thanks!

I sent Bushnell an e-mail. Couldn't attach a picture to their support request and I found it very difficult to describe the issue without sounding like an idiot. I was wondering if there is a term for that sort of defect.

      "Dear Bushnell,
Daggon top of them scope lines is split in two-like, can't even hit the side of a big red barn."

Lifetime warranty and it is very good. I have had a Bushnell Banner for about 20+ years and a few years after I bought it, my cousin was shooting the gun and got too close to the scope. It hit her head and the scope was trashed (rear of the scope sheared the threads and was loose). I sent it in and they repaired it with no questions. Then I put the scope on my AR and about a year ago the cross hairs went sideways in the tube. I sent it in and it was irreparable so they sent me a brand new scope worth more than my current one. The scope looked beat up when I sent it in but again, no questions asked.

Just fill out the repair form and send back to them with $10 for shipping. No proof of purchase required.
